Privacy, in plain language.

How Dr. Iggy & Associates, LLC handles information connected with the Future Legends website, waitlist, ticketing, and event experience.

Effective August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dr. Iggy & Associates, LLC, doing business in connection with the Future Legends Conference (collectively, “Future Legends,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit conference.iggymd.com, join the conference waitlist, communicate with us, purchase a ticket, or attend a Future Legends event.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, city, and similar identifiers.
  • Professional and interest information: profession or industry, creator or business interests, ticket preferences, session interests, and information you voluntarily provide in surveys, brand audits, or event applications.
  • Registration and transaction information: ticket type, order and payment status, billing details, discounts, transfers, refunds, and attendance records. Payment-card information is processed by our payment providers; we do not intend to store full card numbers.
  • Communications and consent records: messages you send us, customer-service records, email and SMS preferences, consent timestamps, and opt-out requests.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie or similar technology data.
  • Event media: photographs, audio, or video captured at the conference or related gatherings, subject to the notices and choices provided during registration and onsite.
  • Information from partners: information from ticketing, payment, marketing, analytics, event-production, and referral partners when permitted by law.

Please do not submit patient information, protected health information, medical records, or other sensitive clinical information. Future Legends is a professional education and networking event, not a healthcare service, and joining the waitlist does not create a physician-patient relationship.

2. How we use information

  • Operate the website, waitlist, ticketing, conference, mixer, and attendee experiences.
  • Send requested confirmations, logistics, safety notices, speaker announcements, and early-access information.
  • Send promotional email or SMS messages when permitted, and maintain suppression and consent records.
  • Personalize content, ticket offers, sessions, and attendee communications.
  • Administer brand audits, giveaways, surveys, applications, networking, and speaker or sponsor experiences.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, measure performance, improve our services, enforce our terms, and comply with law.

3. Email and text messages

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email. If you separately consent to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We may still send non-marketing messages necessary to complete a transaction or address safety, legal, or account matters when permitted by law.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure campaigns, and support advertising. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, although parts of the site may not work properly. If we use technology that is legally considered targeted advertising, a sale, or sharing of personal data, we will provide any required notice and opt-out method.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, CRM, forms, email, SMS, ticketing, payments, analytics, security, media, production, and customer service; to venues or event partners when necessary to deliver an attendee-selected experience or support safety; to professional advisers and authorities for legal, accounting, insurance, security, or compliance purposes; in connection with a business transaction; and to others at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell attendee contact information. We do not give sponsors your email address or phone number for their own marketing unless you separately opt in or intentionally provide it to the sponsor. Sponsors may receive aggregated or deidentified event information.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, relationship management, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention varies by record type. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and you may opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or qualifying profiling when those rights apply. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to the decision or submitting a new request labeled “Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. Children

The site and waitlist are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child provided information, submit a privacy request.

9. Third-party services

Our site may link to third-party websites, social platforms, sponsors, speakers, or vendors. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the conference, technology, or law. The effective date above shows the latest revision. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
