Clear terms for early access.

These Website & Early Access Terms (“Terms”) govern access to conference.iggymd.com and participation in the Future Legends Conference waitlist and early-access program. The site and program are operated by Dr. Iggy & Associates, LLC in connection with the Future Legends Conference (“Future Legends,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape attendee information, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing activity.

2. Waitlist and early access

Early-access availability, deadlines, quantities, speakers, agenda, benefits, and pricing may change. A ticket is secured only after successful payment and written confirmation.

3. Ticket terms

Ticket-sale pages will display the price, fees, included benefits, refund or transfer rules, and any additional registration terms before purchase. Those checkout-specific terms control if they conflict with these Terms. Do not purchase a ticket unless you agree to the terms shown at checkout.

4. Conference changes

The conference is planned for November 14, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. Speakers, sessions, timing, venue areas, food and beverage, networking features, giveaways, and mixer details may change. We may substitute speakers, modify the program, change capacity, move sessions, reschedule, or cancel when reasonably necessary because of safety, venue, travel, public-health, force-majeure, production, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. The ticket terms shown at checkout will explain remedies for cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Educational information; no professional relationship

Conference, website, speaker, audit, panel, and community content is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, or other individualized professional advice. Participation does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are responsible for evaluating information and consulting qualified advisers before acting.

We do not promise earnings, audience growth, business results, sponsorships, monetization, career advancement, or any other outcome. Examples and speaker experiences are illustrative and results vary.

6. Community and event conduct

Participants must act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, unsafe conduct, unauthorized commercial solicitation, disruption, recording where prohibited, and misuse of another attendee’s information are not permitted. We may deny or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, speakers, staff, vendors, property, or the event. Any refund eligibility will be determined under the checkout terms and applicable law.

7. Photography, video, and recordings

The conference and related gatherings may be photographed, livestreamed, or recorded. Registration and onsite notices will explain the applicable media terms and any available opt-out process. Attendees may not record restricted sessions, private conversations, or another person in a manner that violates posted rules, consent, privacy, or law.

8. Giveaways and promotions

Giveaways, contests, grants, or promotions may have separate official rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and winner-selection procedures. If separate rules apply, those rules control. A purchase will not be required where prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual property

The site, conference branding, graphics, recordings, curriculum, copy, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Future Legends and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected materials without written permission.

10. Submissions and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and use submissions only as reasonably necessary to operate the requested feature, administer the event, respond to you, or comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the content. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Third-party services and speakers

The site and event may include links, platforms, speakers, sponsors, venues, payment processors, or vendors that we do not control. Their products, statements, offers, and practices are their own. Participation by a speaker or sponsor does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Your interactions with third parties are subject to their terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, waitlist, and free early-access materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Iggy & Associates, LLC and its owners, hosts, employees, contractors, speakers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the site or waitlist. For claims relating only to the free site or waitlist, aggregate liability will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Iggy & Associates, LLC and its owners, hosts, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misconduct at an event.

15. Governing law and venue

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the site or waitlist will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve it informally.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may receive additional notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
